Late cancellation/no show policy:
We will ask for card details to secure your reservation of two or more but will not charge your card unless you breach our late cancellation/no show policy
A reserved table will be held for 15 minutes after the booked time.
Card details will be taken to secure your booking using Stripe via ResDiary.
No shows: £15 charge per person in party.
Late cancellation: £15 charge per person in party. A late cancellation is defined by cancelling on the day of your reservation - after 12midday for lunch or after 4pm for dinner
Late cancellations on Tuesday live music night pre paid reservations - cancellations less that 48hrs before your seating time will incur a £15 charge per person in your party. The remainder will be refunded to your payment card
To cancel your booking in advance - follow the cancellation instructions in your confirmation email.
